More than 83,000T fertilizers that escaped inspection were verified 160+ Million Yuan !
Recently, the anti-smuggling department of Tianjin Customs launched a special campaign to crack down on evaded inspections of exported chemical fertilizers and successfully investigated a series of cases. It verified a total of more than 83,000 tons of evaded inspections of exported fertilizers, with a case value of about 160+ million yuan.
According to the relevant laws and regulations of China, some chemical fertilizers need to be inspected for quality before export, and the origin inspection must be strictly implemented. However, some exporters are willing to take risks in order to make illegal profits. Even if they know the real name of goods that need legal inspections according to law, these illegal enterprises export uninspected fertilizer products by falsely declaring the product names and HS code numbers. They are suspected of evading commodity inspections.
At present, criminal suspects in the above cases have been taken criminal coercive measures according to law, and this case are under further investigation.
