DAP (Di-ammonium Phosphate/Diammonium hydrogen phosphate/Ammoniumphosphate dibasic/Ammonium hydrogen phosphate/Di-Ammonium hydrogenorthophosphate/Diammonium Phosphate/Phosphorus ICP standard solutionFluka)is easily soluble in water and used as a high effective nitrogen andphosphate -two of the macro-nutrients fertilizer in agriculture. It is also used inproducing NPK compound fertilzers &BB fertilizers as a basic raw material.DAPgranular is produced by granulation process for base-dressing,top-dressing fordeeply application directty.DAP does not contain chloride and is widely used forall kinds of plants and soil.
When DAP applied as plant food,it temporarily increases the soil pH,but over along term the treated ground becomes more acidic than before uponnitrification of the ammonium. It is incompatible with alkaline chemicals becauseits ammonium ion is more likely to convert to ammonia in a high-pH environment. The average pH in solution is 7.5-8.
