Yantai Port Longkou Port Company opened a new site for ammonium sulfate open-top container train
A special train loaded with ammonium sulfate departed from Pingyuan Station and arrived at Longkou Port Company in Yantai, Shandong, marking the completion of the third departure station of the “Southwest Shandong-Longkou” fertilizer open-top container train , The construction of the new railway channel will bear fruit again. From January to February, Longkou Port Company accumulatively arrived at the port with 39 ammonium sulfate open-top container trains, driving the direct and joint-ship export of more than 100,000 tons of ammonium sulfate. The overall completion of ammonium sulfate increased by 66.7% year-on-year. After the opening of Zouping and Pingyuan departure stations, it will fully support the construction of Zaozhuang inland dry port. Continue to seek sources of goods and delivery sites in Liaocheng, Heze and even outside the province to build a northern ammonium sulfate distribution and turnover center.

At the No. 1 berth of Xiuyu Port, Putian City, the largest ammonium sulfate distribution base in Fujian Province, the Liberian ship “Changqing Tianhou” was loading 35,000 tons of ammonium sulfate in an orderly manner. According to the public data of the Putian Maritime Safety Administration, in January, 23 ammonium sulfoxylate transport ships entered and left the port safely, transporting a total of 168,300 tons of ammonium sulfate fertilizer, a year-on-year increase of 62.12%, and the single-month throughput of “water-to-water transfer” set a new record. Huang Lifeng, an agent of Putian Port Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., said that most of the ammonium sulfate fertilizers transported by water from other domestic cities to Xiuyu Port are exported to Indonesia, Australia, Turkey, Malaysia and other countries to help agricultural production, and a small part of them are exported through ” “Water and water transfer” to domestic Shandong and other regions.
